All 2026 benefit elections MUST be made within 30 days of your life event (new hire, add/remove dependent, loss of coverage). If you do not elect benefits during your new hire/open enrollment/ life event enrollment period, you will be ineligible to elect another plan until the 2026 enrollment period. No exceptions.
For 2026, we continue to offer a highly‐comprehensive healthcare package offering a range of care, with various deductible and copay levels. All Employees will make their 2026 elections in Oracle
Please follow the instructions below to review and make your elections in Oracle. When accessing Oracle, be sure to use Chrome or Edge, not Internet Explorer.
- Login to Oracle: https://ejko.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/
- Click the upper left navigator pane (3 horizontal lines); Select Me>Benefits
- Click “Update Enrollment”
- Complete your benefit selections
- Review in detail and submit
- Click “Pending Actions” from the Benefits main page to review any pending actions to finalize your benefits
- Click “My Benefits” from the Benefits main page to view/print/save your Benefits confirmation

You will need to have the following information to complete the enrollment process:
- Social Security Number and birth date for each dependent you wish to add to your coverage
- Documentation showing proof of relationship for each covered dependent
- To cover a spouse you will need to provide a copy of your marriage license
- To cover your children, you will need to provide a copy of each child’s birth certificate
You are required to provide this documentation in Oracle by going to Me > Benefits > Pending Actions and uploading the forms indicated in your Pending Actions upon completing your enrollment.
