ESPYR (EAP)
Emerging Markets has contracted with Espȳr to provide employees and their family members with a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). All full-time employees have access to the program. Services are free and confidential, within the bounds of the law. The EAP is available 24/7/365. For more information click here!
AbleTo
AbleTo is a virtual behavioral health provider contracted with your health plan that offers convenient and confidential mental health care to meet you where you are. AbleTo includes access to over 2,400 licensed therapists nationwide.

You work with them every day – a co-worker who goes the extra mile, or did you a favor, or helped a project run smoothly, or is just so consistently awesome that you need to publicly acknowledge them. They may be the unsung heroes among us – never expecting extra recognition, but absolutely deserving it. You can make sure they receive the recognition they’re due, and you can start by giving them some special thanks through the EMMY recognition portal. The EMMY recognition portal was specifically designed to allow us to give virtual shout-outs to our co-workers. Whether it’s for something big or small, one way to say “Thanks!” is through the EMMY portal.
